Dear Contractor:

On behalf of the Office of the Labor Commissioner, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to participate in the Prevailing Wage/Construction Wage Survey that will be used to establish the Prevailing Wage Rates for the period covering October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025. The Prevailing Wage Rates for this upcoming year will be posted and become effective on October 1, 2023.

As you may know, Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes and Nevada Administrative Code section 338) require the Labor Commissioner to survey contractors who have performed work in the past year and obtain other relevant information in order to determine the Prevailing Wage Rates for the upcoming year. Your participation is greatly appreciated and is a necessary element in ensuring that the Prevailing Wage Rates for the period covering October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025, reflect the work performed in the last year in the various regions and counties throughout the State of Nevada. To see the current rates, please visit https://labor.nv.gov/ under the Prevailing Wage Tab and select 2022-2023 Wage Rates by County.

This year the survey will be accepted through our external submission process at:
https://nlc.i-sight.com/external/wagessurvey/new

The survey must be submitted no later than July 17, 2023.

Should you need additional information on the Prevailing Wage/Construction Wage Survey and the calculation of the 2023-2025 rates, please do not hesitate to contact our Las Vegas office at (702) 486-2650 or publicworks@labor.nv.gov.

Thank you again for your participation.

Sincerely,

Brett Harris
